Anti-Social Behaviour and Harrassment
Loughborough EMB is determined to eradicate anti-social behaviour, harassment and hate crimes.
We will provide support by:- Promptly investigating all incidents reported, including interviewing witnesses, with the complainants consent
- Arranging interviews at home or any other suitable venue at the complainant’s request
- Taking practical steps to safe guard and protect complainants
- Removing graffiti within 24 hours
- Working with the Police to take action against perpetrators
- Providing support and advice and put complainants in touch with agencies who can provide additional support and advice
- Repairing any damage caused by perpetrators
- Where there is a need for re-housing, due to the threat of violence, we will ensure that temporary accommodation is offered

Noise Nuisance
You can report noise disturbances during normal office hours to the Estate Office or the Lambeth Noise Control Team, Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm Tel: 020 7926 6111
The Noise Control Service also provides a rapid response service at night, operating:
Sunday to Thursday evenings: 10pm - 3am
Friday and Saturday evenings: 10pm - 5am
