Repairs and Maintenance
Repairs can be reported to the Estate Office by phone from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday during office opening hours. You can also report a repair by fax on 0207 926 8811 or by email to the office at loughborough@lambeth.gov.uk. If you contact us by fax or email please remember to give us your name, address and contact telephone number. There is an emergency out of hours repair service on 0207 926 6000 between 5pm and 9am and at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Repairs will be carried out within the following timescales:
Emergency – with 24 hours
Urgent within 7 days
Routine within 28 days
Appointments will be provided for routine repair work between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
Repair work will be carried out to a high standard
We will make good any damage when we carry out a repair to your home
We will pay £10 compensation if a contractor fails to advise you of a cancelled appointment
