Parking on Loughborough Estate
If you want to park on the Loughborough Estate you must have a valid parking permit. Parking Enforcement is in operation during the following times.

Residents of Loughborough Estate can apply for two Residents Parking Permits provided:
- The vehicle Registration Document - V5 (Log Book) shows the address on Loughborough Estate (the second vehicle must belong to a different authorised member of the household).
- Vehicles have a valid Tax Disc and MOT Certificate
- Vehicles have a valid Insurance Certificate registered against an address on Loughborough Estate
- Residents do not have any rent arrears, service charge arrears, section 20 or rechargeable repairs debt.
Visitor Parking on Loughborough Estate
- Visitors must display a Visitor Parking Permit obtainable from a Loughborough Estate resident before parking their car.
- Visitor Parking Permits currently cost £5. The cost is subject to an annual review.
Delivery vehicles that are clearly liveried or sign written do not require Parking Permits to make deliveries or collections on the Loughborough Estate.
