Welcome to Loughborough Estate Management Board (EMB).
Loughborough EMB was set up in 1995 as a partnership between residents living on the Loughborough Estate and the London Borough of Lambeth. The EMB manages over 1200 mixed tenure properties on the Loughborough Estate.
The Loughborough Estate is situated on the verdant plains between East and West Brixton in the centre of Lambeth. The Loughborough Estate has a mixture of properties including large 10 storey tower blocks, L.C.C red brick- walk up blocks, maisonettes and terraced houses.
The estate is well served with play facilities and benefits from CCTV coverage which is staffed 24 hours a day. The EMB directly employs and manages 48 employees including Plumbers, Carpenters, Concierge and Estate Cleaners.
